52 Skatepark in Missoula is now open at their new location, with a new 30 foot wide mini ramp and a sick street course. They are celebrating their re-opening with a bonfire, bbq and mini ramp jam on May 1st- check out the flyer!

The 5th Annual On Deck Art Auction is coming up May 7th 2010, at the Badlander in Missoula. Previous On Decks have featured prominent Local and National artists, and we’re looking forward to what this year brings. Summer Skate Camps at Mobash
Montana Skatepark Association is co-sponsoring Missoula Parks and Rec ’s Mobash Sk8 Clinics this summer. This is a perfect time for young skaters to learn or improve their skills with the help of an instructor.

These clinics provide comprehensive safety and skateboarding instruction for various levels of ability. Groups will be divided depending on skill level, and safety is of the utmost importance. Participants are required by law to wear protective helmets at all times. We also highly recommend other protective gear, such as; elbow, knee and wrist guards. If you do not have a skateboard or protective gear, don’t worry, we will provide all necessary equipment you need to enjoy a week of skate camp. There are even scholarships available to help pay for the camps and get the gear you need to enjoy skateboarding for a lifetime—inquire at Currents or call Jason at 552-6271.
